A discount that does not expire
The percentage applies at every renewal, not only in the first year. The more sites you add, the higher the tier - and it moves up automatically, without you having to ask.
A separate cPanel for each client
Every site lives in its own account, with separate passwords, databases and mailboxes. An overloaded or hacked site does not drag your other clients down with it.
Support without a queue
Partner requests are taken ahead of the general queue. In an outage you are notified at the same moment our engineer on duty is - so you can tell the client before they notice.
Migration is our job
We move the sites free of charge and outside working hours, so nothing goes down. After the migration we check the email, the databases and the SSL, and we write to you once everything works.
Domains at partner prices
Registration, renewal and transfer with your discount, .bg included. All your clients domains sit in one list, with their expiry dates.
Daily backups and protection
Daily copies with thirty days of history, plus DDoS protection and SSL on every site. We do the restoring - you do not hunt for archives and you do not pay extra for it.

Frequently asked questions about the partner programme
Is this reseller hosting?
No. With reseller hosting you become the provider: you resell under your own brand and you carry the responsibility towards the client. Here the client is ours - they pay us and we support them around the clock. You get the discount, access to their sites and priority, without being responsible for servers.
Who answers to the client if the site goes down?
We do. The monitoring, the engineer on duty and the recovery are ours. You get the alert at the same moment we do, so you can tell the client what is happening before they notice.
Does the discount apply at renewal too?
Yes, at every renewal. It is not a first-year promotion but a term of the partnership - otherwise after twelve months you would be looking at the full price again.
What happens if a client leaves the agency?
The account is theirs and stays theirs. You lose your access to it, they carry on with us at the regular price. We do not hold clients hostage - neither yours nor ours.
Do I have to commit to a number of sites?
No. The tier is calculated from what you have right now. Add the tenth site and the discount goes up automatically from the next invoice - and the other way round if the number drops.
I have sites at another host. Who moves them?
We do, free of charge and outside working hours so the site does not go down. You give us the access details, we check the email, the databases and the SSL, and we write to you once everything works.
